Set out below are the terms on which Skin Master Beauty UK provides service to its clients, by booking an appointment you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

Appointments and Cancellation Policy
All therapists at Skin Master Beauty UK are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols. We do not guarantee continued laser hair removal treatment with a named therapist however will endeavour to do our best to allow treatment with the same therapist where possible.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your laser hair removal appointment, you are required to provide us with 48 hours’ notice, failure to do so cancel will result in the loss of the treatment from your prepaid course of treatments or deposit being redeemed.

If you have rescheduled more than twice within a 6-month period, Skin Master has the right to forfeit your appointment or apply a reschedule charge or £50 whichever we deemed best suited.

You must ensure that if applicable to yourself, you monitor your menstrual cycle to avoid booking any treatments during this time.

Please arrive for your laser hair removal appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed, you are required to contact us if you are running late, if you are more than 5 mins late of your appointment you will either loose part of the set time given and your therapist will only complete treatment during this time. If treatment is not fully completed due to your late attendance, Skin Master will not provide extra time or an additional appointment for the time you have lost. If your lateness is deemed unacceptable and is an ongoing incident, Skin Master has the right to cancel that appointment and charge the necessary cost to you.

Skin Master Beauty UK will endeavour to ensure that your laser hair removal appointment runs according to arranged time, however, should we need to cancel your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

If you do not inform us of the changes in medication then you will lose the session also due to hygiene purposes we do not carryout treatment during menstrual cycle, please kindly monitor your cycle where possible to avoid any appointment clashes. We may charge or deduct a session for any frequent clashes and/or late cancellations.

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required such as shaving, make up removal, avoidance of sun exposure etc. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or cancellation fees being charged. All clients must ensure that they follow the aftercare advice given.

Skin Master age restriction is from 15 years old plus, any client under the age of 18 requires consent from parent or guardian, evidence of relationship will be required prior to patch test and consent to be given in writing with contact details of parent or guardian. 

You consent for Skin Master Beauty UK Ltd to take before and after pictures for medical purposes only. 

All staff must always be respected, any client found breaching this condition will be asked to leave the premises, the call terminated and/or refused treatment/service by Skin Master.

Credit card details, deposits and payments
Skin Master requires all clients to make via card only, an advance payment of minimum deposit of £50 for any appointments booked is required and can be used towards your treatment. You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase or 48 hours after patch test only.

Should any payments remain unclaimed by the client following twelve months of inactivity Skin Master Beauty UK reserves the right to withhold the deposit

If instalment plan is chosen, you agree to pay Skin Master Beauty UK Ltd within the agreed instalment duration, failure to do so may result in your appointment cancelled, reverting you to pay as you go or legal proceedings.

Refund Policy
We offer a full refund policy on any uncommenced treatment courses within 7 days of purchase or 48 hours after a patch test only.
We cannot refund any treatment course that has already commenced.
If you would like to change your treatment programme, we are happy to transfer any outstanding balance from untaken treatments to other services only e.g., from a face treatment to an underarm treatment.

By signing the terms and conditions, you understand that Skin Master does not provide any refunds or exchanges unless your request is within and inline with the refund terms including the time period.

Treatments cannot be transferred to another person.

Liability Policy
Skin Master Beauty UK will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Skin Master Beauty UK Ltd regarding the care of a treated area/s.

Complaint Policy
We always try to give the best service possible, but there may be times when you feel that this has not happened, we ask that you speak to one of our staff members in the first instance, if you are still unsatisfied  then please send in your complaint to bookings@skinmasterbeauty.co.uk.

COVID-19

IIn order to minimise the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we will take your temp on arrival using a contactless thermometer and ask you to complete a declaration form. All payments made will be accepted via card only. As per the government guidelines, please wear a face mask/shield whilst at the clinic unless you have a medical exception card, or we are treating an area that requires you to remove your covering.

We ask that you kindly follow the government guidelines before and during your appointment, please refer to the government website for more details.

Before Treatment

You MUST avoid bleaching, plucking or waxing hair for 2 weeks prior to treatment. Do not use Depilatory creams 2 week prior to treatment. If have had a history of cold sores, zovirax may be used prior to treatment and continued one week after treatment. The use of tanning cream must be discontinued two week before treatment.|Please shave the area the day before or morning before the treatments.
